Our Services
We coordinate certificate attestation, translation, and related administrative services on your behalf, including liaison with home-country authorities, UAE Embassies, and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA UAE). Processing times quoted on this website are estimates based on typical authority turnaround and are not guaranteed, since they depend on third-party government offices outside our control.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide genuine original documents and accurate information
- Ensure you have the legal right to request attestation of the documents provided
- Respond promptly to any request for additional information needed to complete your service
We reserve the right to decline or pause a service if a document appears fraudulent, altered, or if we reasonably believe the request does not comply with applicable law.
Fees and Payment
Fees are confirmed with you before work begins, based on the specific document type, country of issue, and service level requested. Any government or third-party authority fees are separate from our service fee and will be communicated to you in advance where possible.
Document Handling
We provide free pickup and delivery of original documents across the UAE and handle them with care throughout the attestation process. While we take all reasonable precautions, we recommend keeping copies of any document before submitting it for attestation.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by third-party government authorities, embassies, or courier services that are outside our control. Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the fee paid for that specific service.
